Billing and Payment Overview

The District accepts payments online be either credit card or e-check.  A customer controlled account with Auto-Pay (sign up through District) is available and requires secure set-up.  Your bank may also offer online payment (generated from customer’s banking interface). Depending on which method you choose, processing fees may apply.  Whichever payment option(s) a customer chooses, the bill will be sent so that you may review your charges in advance of making any type of payment.

Bills will be mailed or emailed near the end of each month and are due on the 20th of each month.  You can also set up an account to view current and previous account details and activity through our Online Portal (requires secure set-up).  Customers may also request email bills and paper bills, or they may request email bills only.

Customers’ obligation to pay the bill exists regardless of payment or billing arrangements.

No payment method is “fool-proof” and each has its inherent risks of fraud, loss, theft, late delivery or error.
