Billing, Water Rates & Fees


Open:  Rates-fees-2017-Adopted for complete rate tables, rate tier increments, and fees, including non-residential.

Rate Tiers are based on annual use of 36,000, 48,000, 60,000, 72,000, 84,000, 96,000 gallons and so on.  The Single Family Equivalent is currently set at 60,000 gallons.

Meter reads are not “rounded up” to the nearest thousand.

The billing cycle will normally follow these dates each month:

  • Meter Reading shall occur during the 23rd through the 28th of the month.
  • Billing Date: 30th or 31st (Expect bills to be mailed on or before the 5th).
  • Payment Due Date: 20th (or previous business day, regardless of postmark).
  • Late Fees Apply/Pre-shut off notices:  22nd through the 31st of the month.
  • Shut-offs:  First week of each month.
